These Terms of Use govern access to and use of certain digital applications, integrations, and internal systems operated by Advanced Multi Sign Corp. (“Advanced Multi Sign,” “AMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the AMS Financial Control application.
Purpose
AMS Financial Control is an internal business application used by authorized Advanced Multi Sign personnel to support financial administration, accounting oversight, reconciliation review, exception monitoring, and financial reporting.
QuickBooks Online Integration
AMS Financial Control may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit-authorized application programming interfaces (APIs). The application may access accounting and financial information necessary to perform authorized business functions, including information relating to accounts, invoices, payments, deposits, expenses, customers, vendors, and financial transactions.
Access to QuickBooks Online data is limited to legitimate Advanced Multi Sign business purposes and authorized users.
Third-Party Services
The application may use third-party technology and service providers, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and n8n, to provide integrations, workflow automation, data processing, and related functionality. Use of these third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Authorized Use
AMS Financial Control is intended primarily for internal use by Advanced Multi Sign and persons specifically authorized by Advanced Multi Sign. Unauthorized access, use, copying, modification, distribution, or interference with the application or its connected systems is prohibited.
Financial Controls
Automated workflows may assist with identifying accounting exceptions, discrepancies, unmatched transactions, overdue invoices, duplicate transactions, uncategorized transactions, and other financial-control matters. Automated analysis is intended to support, not replace, appropriate accounting review and professional judgment.
Security
Advanced Multi Sign takes reasonable measures to protect access to its systems and financial information. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access.
No Warranty
The application and related systems are provided for business operational purposes on an “as available” basis. Advanced Multi Sign does not warrant that automated analyses, classifications, alerts, or recommendations will always be complete or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Multi Sign will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized or improper use of the application.
